Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the creation of dynamic and rich content that will engage and resonate with the different mall\xe2\x80\x99s audience, drive engagement and build communities so as to present a unified brand voice across different social media channels. He/She will assist with the planning and execution of results-driven social media strategy, create, edit and post written, video and photo content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other creative platforms, where applicable. This may entail the adaption of existing collaterals for specific channels. Other duties include but are not limited to assisting the Digital Marketing Manager to monitor social media channels for industry trends, create and manage social and media profiles across multiple channels, drive engagement in each channel, review analytics and create reports on key metrics for content optimisation, prepare budgets and identify target audiences and content strategy as well as write and edit social media posts. To be successful in this role, the successful candidate is expected to be familiar with market trends and interact and collaborate with multiple parties such as for creation of social media calendar, handling enquiries etc. Requirements:
