Our team operates through weekly test cycles (for 3-4 projects) so creatives who\xe2\x80\x99ve operated in performance marketing agencies or creative production for e-commerce/ DTC brands have an advantage.

Your Role

As a Senior Designer, you are responsible for creating high converting collaterals & assets for our range of supplements.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with our senior team to deliver key deliverables for various projects.

These include brand assets (new product labels, photos, launch videos) and production creatives (static ads, short form video, landing pages) to drive customer acquisition for our brand.

Once results are validated, you will productize your winning creatives into a scalable process for junior designers to model after/ create variations.

Key Outcomes

  • Create new winning ad creative formulas across various platforms & formats.
  • Improve overall brand aesthetic, look & feel.
  • Support in upskilling designers and improve team performance.
Responsibilities

Ideation & Iteration
  • Contribute to a library of swipes/ trends to spark innovation across creative teams.
  • Innovate, test, and validate new creatives to acquire new customers profitably. This includes but is not limited to new static/video formats based on trends, proven formulas and competition/ industry practices.
  • Break down the creative into digestible and repeatable templates for designers to optimise and improve over time. (including image categories, text placements, elements, visual/audio cues, shotlists)
  • Collaborate with media buyers to share creative test reports on what\xe2\x80\x99s working/what isn\xe2\x80\x99t & drive direction on new improvements.
  • Leverage generative A.I to generate new concepts + increase output efficiency.
Mentorship & Improvements
  • Work with the creative management team to develop new test ideas to accelerate project progress.
  • Review and mentor designers to improve overall performance on a regular basis. (including research processes, ideation & execution)
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in creative testing, graphic design & content creation
  • Strong analytical skills - able to dissect core drivers of working ads and creating new variations to test based on ad test data, market psychology and design thinking principles.
  • Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly.
  • Independent problem solver who is resourceful.
  • Organised & meticulous .
  • Obsessed with psychology, design, video & advertising.
  • Dialled into the industry: Eg involved in the DTC twitter, DRM/creative testing spaces.
  • Interested in applying skill sets in the right (highly scalable) opportunity/vehicle.
  • Bonus: Experience, knowledge or interest in branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, product design, A/B testing, CRO,UI/UX.
Work Arrangement
  • This is a full time position based in Singapore
  • We work Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM SGT (GMT+8)
