Job Responsibilities:

• Develops creative marketing ideas and implements campaigns with a focus on effectiveness.

• Writes authoritative and persuasive copy in a variety of formats, including advertisements, video scripts, landing pages and emails.

• Produces feature and short-length promotional videos, including scripting, shooting, editing and post-editing short clips.

• Create content such as short videos, e-books, infographics, etc. to attract potential customers.

• Creating and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube and other online channels.

• Analyze campaign performance and conduct extensive AB testing to maximize return on marketing spend.

• Understanding customer psychology through market research, surveys and Zoom discussions.

• Continuously research and study new trends and marketing platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Arts / Social Sciences / Humanities, or Marketing / Communications

• Minimum 2 year of digital marketing experience and keen interest in financial education industry.

• Strong copywriting skills (you can write a good ad even without ChatGPT \xf0\x9f\x98\x89)

• Knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager, SEO and SEM/ WordPress/ HubSpot CMS/ Email marketing/ Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator/ Video editing / animation

• Creative eye for design

• Intelligent, analytical mind

• Attention to detail

• Proactivity, keen sense of urgency

• Commitment and loyalty as a team player

• Independent problem-solving skills and Fast learner
