To assist in eCommerce and Digital Marketing business Responsibilities include: - Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing channels with innovative ideas (e.g., company websites, social media, etc.) to ensure brand consistency, awareness and sales - Coordinate day to day operation from receiving to delivering and inventory tracking - Handling enquiries and comments through these platforms in a timely and professional manner - Exploring strategies to upkeep with latest e-commerce trends and execute campaigns and promotions to increase exposure and online sales - Evaluate cresponse and track the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions - Generate sales report and analyse sales performance based on the data extracted - Social media management - Generate, edit, publish and update company websites, social media posts, stories, and other sharable content regularly - Creating and copywriting advertising assets in the form of copy, video and images - Other ad-hoc duties related to online business Requirements: . Candidate must posses at least Diploma in any field . At least 3 yeare of working experience in related field . Required language(s): English and Mandarin to liaise with CHinese speaking associates . Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Photoshop and Illustrator . Candidate must posses a self-driven attitude and take initiative to achieve results . Adaptable and able to implement and deal with process change . He/she should have good communication and interpersonal skills and likes dealing with people. .
