The Role

You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing UFIT\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategy across all paid and owned channels, including website, Google, social media, and email. The ideal candidate is data driven and forward thinking, with at least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the health & fitness or sports industry), and isn\xe2\x80\x99t afraid to challenge the status quo. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Marketing and working within a marketing team of three.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement advertising campaigns across multiple online channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) that are effective and within budget.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEM, SEO, CRM and display that are data-driven and insight led.
• Manage and maintain UFIT\xe2\x80\x99s owned media including their website (landing pages, workflows, forms, blog and contact lists), mobile app, and email/CRM software (Hubspot / Mindbody Online).
• Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to ensure they are delivering on the campaign objectives.
• Work with the marketing team to create high quality assets for all digital marketing channels, including videos, banners, and text ads.
• Develop and implement organic growth strategies, including on page and off page SEO tactics.
• Analyse, interpret and report on all digital marketing performance using a range of tools including Hubspot, Facebook and Google Analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and explore new ways to engage new channels to reach our target audience.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or applicants with relevant professional background and capabilities
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the sports/health & fitness industry)
• Proficient in Inbound based marketing strategies using HubSpot
• Demonstrated proficiency across marketing tools and platforms (Hubspot, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Adwords, Google Analytics)
• Experience using Mindbody Software, preferred
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
