Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven hands-on execution in campaign management.
Strong understanding of 360 marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline channels.
Strong written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.
Data-driven mindset, proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous.
Prior experience in the commercial vehicle/automotive industry will be a strong plus.
Job Responsibilities
Propose promotional campaigns and branding initiatives to improve vehicle utilization and brand positioning.
Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Develop and manage social media content calendars to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, automated workflows, and performance reporting using platforms such as Mailchimp and SendGrid.
Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
Explore and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, after-sales support, operations) to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
