Job Description

• Position : Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Up to $5,000 - Near Bugis MRT
• Location : Beach Road - Near Bugis MRT
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.45PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Tyres

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality materials including brochures, catalogues, product sample brochures, presentations (internal and external), mobile applications, content for the website and online platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience
• Ensure all content aligns with the company\'s brand and messaging
• Manage company group brands\' websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
• Evaluate user experience (UX) and propose solutions for website experience improvements
• Engage with the company\'s social media community, respond to queries and comments, and manage customer engagement
• Prepare and collate monthly website and social media performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Support digital solution projects by generating the right B2B content, providing operational support and setup, and monitoring online communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives
• Monitor website and app analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, content creation and website management
• Experience managing social media platforms and engaging with customers
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other website analytics tools
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
