Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, set goals, and align with overall business objectives
Support the management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search (SEO/SEM)
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, insights, and results for management and stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing operations
Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, and drive decisions across teams
Able break down complex problems, work through challenges, and lead toward solutions
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking clients
