Participate in market insight: participate in cross-department communication and collaboration, extract marketing experience and key information from external resources, and continuously obtain the latest market and product trends
Responsible for developing localized marketing strategies: refining marketing propaganda points based on product planning and core selling points, and cooperating with the team to output marketing propaganda strategies, including but not limited to promotional themes, marketing strategies, channel selection and marketing budgets
Responsible for social media marketing channels: handling marketing promotion plans/programs via different channels, making marketing publicity materials, follow-up the launch of different channels, and optimize and adjust the marketing materials timely according to the latest product information
Collect and analyze local clues: collect and feedback marketing clues, monitor, extract, clean and classify marketing data from different channels, and output marketing data analysis reports and optimization plans
Responsible for marketing data integration and review: integrated local operation/sales/marketing data, analyzed and summarized the trend of marketing data, and formulated the direction of marketing improvement
Responsible for knowledge accumulation: Periodically review and summarize the marketing cases of each channel, transform personal experience into organizational experience, output successful cases of marketing schemes and business resource templates, and continuously establish and improve internal channels for knowledge accumulation and experience extraction
be the primary point of contact for clients
create strong , meaningful, and profitable relationships with clients
work with colleagues, vendors, and partners for project deliverables
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, GTM/ e-commerce operation product manager related work experience is preferred
At least 3 years of working experience in the industry B to B, understanding the business logic of B To B, and having a clear understanding of the needs and concerns of B To B customers
Familiar with local social media promotion channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Youtube, etc., and Google advertising theories, including search ads, shopping ads, Pmax ads, remarketing ads, etc
Flexible ability of market analysis/event planning, marketing ability of event organization and product opportunity insight
