Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Vision Care Singapore, to support all marketing-related activites for Singapore and the Southeast Asia distributor The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Vision Care Singapore, to support all marketing-related activites for Singapore and the Southeast Asia distributor markets. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the use of all digital marketing tools for the region to achieve digital lead excellence, executing campaigns, providing support, training, and sharing of best practices as well as analysing the results across different online channels. Responsibilties Strategize and execute consumer journey plan and digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness Track, analyze and optimize campaign performance, identifying opportunities and acting on insights to improve ROI Plan the digital marketing calendar and create compelling content for both owned and paid channels (e.g. social media, website, B2B app and Salesforce) Manage ZEISS's digital marketing platforms and identify new ways to grow digital presence and consumer engagement Initiate and maintain strategic partnership and collaboration opportunities with other brands, key opinion leaders and media Planning and management of A&P spending within the assigned budget and ensuring the ROIs of all marketing activities Sourcing and management of agencies, designers, strategic partners, and other vendors to effectively execute marketing plans according to planned timelines Support the Singapore sales team and Southeast Asia distributor markets with digital marketing initiatives and collaterals Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends implement these new technologies when developing campaigns and updating current campaigns Requirements Education - Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Marketing or other related field of studies Experience - 5 years of related work experience in digital marketing - Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) - Working knowledge of ad serving tools - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Other skills - Collaborative team player with strong inter-personal skills - Creative storyteller with excellent written and oral communication skills - Proactive, driven and solutions-oriented mindset - Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and good project management skills - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Familiarity with design software tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Salesforce will be an advantage
