Office Location: 615 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh #07-00 Singapore 319516 The Job You will play the role of an operations manager for critical public websites and mobile applications within the CapitaLand Gr Office Location: 615 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh #07-00 Singapore 319516 The Job You will play the role of an operations manager for critical public websites and mobile applications within the CapitaLand Group such as capitaland.com, Discoverasr.com and the Discover ASR mobile app. You will be responsible for process, governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and platform operations. Responsibilities Develop a strong operations mindset and attitude to maximise availability and performance of the 24x7 digital channels under your purview Manage and collaborate with application maintenance and support (AMS) vendors in fulfilling the operational objectives of availability and performance Participate in new projects as a subject matter expert to advise on operational considerations and requirements of applications Build up deep technical skills in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and sharpen skills in this area proactively and continuously Collaborate widely across all participating countries, teams, and stakeholders Comply with compliance, governance, and internal audit requirements for the applications under your purview, such as Architecture Review Board reviews, disaster recovery and security scanning Manage critical application and cybersecurity incidents along with appointed AMS vendor(s) and infrastructure teams Plan, communicate and coordinate maintenance activities, working with vendors who will execute those activities Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computing or Software Engineering Possess knowledge or experience in application support in the capacity of ticket management, platform operations and/or application service manager Possess significant knowledge or experience in one or more programming languages Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment The following requirements are optional but will be advantageous: o Knowledge of agile project methodology o Functional experience in real estate, hospitality, travel, bookings, payments, digital marketing or UI/UX design o Knowledge of AEM as developer or content author o Knowledge of New Relic or similar application performance monitoring tools Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage for self Training and development opportunities Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences Strong advocate of staff volunteerism Wellness programmes Closing Statement At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
