Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on creative production of digital brands, work closely with brands\' owners to
• Play an active role in content idea creation/storytelling that can help the brand to connect with our target audiences
• Develop and produce compelling original digital content that aligns thematically with the content brands and resonate with young audiences across various digital platforms
• Work with internal creative team and freelancers to ensure successful development, execution and delivery of content.
• Strong ability to handle videographer, lighting and sound
• Knowledge of digital video editing including video effects, sound track editing, audio graphic equalization, vision mixing for post-production
• Familiar with various files formats and conversions. Manage tapeless media files on storage device.
• Ability to suggest alternative production techniques to optimize equipment usage
• Manage production resources to ensure the team is equip with all necessary production capabilities
• Established sound network in the industry including but not limited to strategic content partnerships and digital content creators

Requirements

• Proven track record as a digital content producer and creative storyteller
• At least 3 to 4 years\' experience in digital content production across various digital platforms
• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication/Visual Communication or any related discipline is a plus
• Experience working with different formats of content, ranging from video and infographics, to podcasts and feature stories of different beats
• Must be creative, technically inclined, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of Adobe creative suite, After Effects, Photoshop, video encoding, compression etc.
• An understanding of what drives web content, social media and how it should be presented
• Experience in creating both bite-sized and short to medium form content for a digital market
• Strong industry network an advantage
• Wide interest and knowledge of local young adult audiences preferences and digital/social media trends
• Good Organizational and time management skills
