Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Director to join our team and drive business growth, client engagement, and delivery excellence across banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will bring 25+ years of global experience leading large-scale digital initiatives, cloud transformation journeys, and banking solution consulting across JAPAC and LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage P&L for BFSI consulting and product services, with focus on Core Banking, Treasury, Payments, and Trade Finance. Drive sales, presales, and delivery strategy for cloud and AI-powered banking solutions, ensuring consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain CXO-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for transformation and regulatory initiatives. Lead multi-regional, cross-cultural teams of 40-50+ across consulting delivery, product design, and program governance. Define and execute cloud adoption strategies, including AI-native and cloud-native frameworks for top-tier banks. Govern enterprise-scale programs with steering committee oversight, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence across 50+ global banks. Contribute to product innovation and go-to-market strategy by collaborating with Microsoft product teams on Securities, Islamic Banking, and LATAM-specific enhancements. Establish and manage strategic partnerships and service ecosystems to expand market reach and recurring revenue streams. Design and deliver customized banking transformation journeys, covering regulatory, digital core modernization, and payment system innovation. * Develop and mentor high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and lead with strategic foresight and operational rigor.
