Establish and maintain strong relationship with key partners both distribution and mass market customers, and act as distributors spokesperson within NXP and vice versa.
Analyze current and future market potential, make recommendations and set priorities
Drives the development and execution of plans for developing opportunities to maintain a pipeline of business in each segment.
Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Distribution Channel including driving the development and execution of plans for developing opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline of business in each segment.
Responsible for the distribution forecast and is responsible for making strategic and tactical decisions to ensure meeting all key financial KPI\'s
Job Qualification:
Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics Engineering.
15+ years\' experience in channel sales in the semiconductor industry.
Experience in managing and driving multiple teams with strong leadership qualities.
Proven track record with strong business and industry acumen.
Strong distribution knowledge and relationship would be added benefit.
