We are looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Portfolio Services Lead, APAC

Location: Singapore

What this job involves

About the role

You will lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated portfolio solutions to one of the largest JLL global corporate clients.

Managing a portfolio across APAC, this position calls for a highly-energetic leader with excellent communication, portfolio management and client relationship management skills. Comfortable in working towards achieving performance targets, you will be responsible to deliver a range of possible real estate and workplace solutions to a client looking for the next generation benefits that come from a vested partnership with JLL.

The role is responsible for the delivery of Portfolio Strategy, Transactions, Occupancy Planning and Lease Administration in the region. Your expertise and leadership will facilitate a vested partnership with our clients, delivering next-generation benefits.

Solutions orientated
Helping our clients achieve their ambitions is at the heart of everything we do. In this role you are knowledgeable about technology and its impact on the future of work; understand our client\xe2\x80\x99s industry and bring relevant JLL experts across the delivery platform to develop leading edge solutions for our client proactively.

Relationship Management
You will spearhead the JLL relationship management responsibility related to Portfolio services, build strong and sustainable working relationships and help the client navigate through the JLL Portfolio services delivery platform in an efficient and productive manner.

Multi-Disciplinary Team Management

You possess strong leadership skills to manage teams across geographies, service lines and actively engage across the client\xe2\x80\x99s wider corporate real estate team in a collaborative manner.

You demonstrate a high level of proficiency and knowledge in portfolio management and possesses the ability to orchestrate complex activities across multiple countries/properties/services at once to accomplish goals and objectives.

Commercial Acumen

You will understand account profitability related to Portfolio Services, formulate a plan to achieve revenue and performance targets whilst meeting client service standards.

Armed with a sharp business acumen, you will leverage on technology and new products within JLL to deliver the next generation of benefits for our client.

Operating a Global Account
Can you see the bigger picture? Can you juggle regional delivery that aligns to a global strategy? As the lead for Asia Pacific/Middle East and Africa on a Global Account, you are proactive in bringing your region into the forefront, highlighting successes or potential issues whilst providing tangible solutions for the client.
Can you communicate clearly and guide the client and your team on the best way forward for best in class processes and portfolio strategies at an account level?

Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important. A high EQ is must for this role.

Experienced

You will be an experienced real estate professional with a minimum of 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience who has delivered positive results across the APAC region. You will be familiar with working with fast moving MNC clients with a regional presence and multiple service lines and possess prior experience in managing a team.

Team Leader
Are you someone that enjoys building up the quality of team deliverables. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a person that collaborates well with others regardless of role, business unit or location. You will be firm on principles but flexible and fair when challenged. You\xe2\x80\x99ll enthuse the team to be creative in \xe2\x80\x9creinventing the wheel\xe2\x80\x9d and initiating new processes to suit Client structure and portfolio.
