Pioneer JLL's first dedicated Living sector role in Asia, representing a strategic expansion for the firm across Student Accommodation (PBSA), Senior Living, Co-Living, Social/Affordable Housing, and Corporate/Workers Accommodation. Reporting into the CEO for JLLs Hotels & Hospitality Group Asia Pacific, this leadership position will establish JLL as the premier advisory firm in Asia's emerging Living sector through thought leadership, investor relationship development, and transaction execution. You will partnering with the wider Capital Markets team to drive growth across all strategic Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Establish JLL as the thought leader for the Living sector throughout Asia
• Develop relationships with key real estate investors pursuing Living strategies in Asia
• Create and maintain a comprehensive CRM database of Living investors, platforms, and operators
• Collaborate with Equity and Debt Advisory teams on platform development, joint ventures, and capital raising
• Source new capital for Living investments and transactions
• Lead complex cross-border and portfolio Living transactions
• Direct research and marketing initiatives with Capital Markets specialists
• Leverage expertise across JLL teams including Hotels & Hospitality, Capital Markets, Research, and Strategic Consulting
• Execute fee-generating advisory and strategy assignments
• Build and develop a specialized Living sector team across Asia

Experience

• 8-12 years of investment sales and advisory experience specifically in the Living sector
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Extensive personal network that can be leveraged for business opportunities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented leadership approach
• Advanced understanding of financial concepts, statements, and valuation techniques
• Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Highly organized with ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solver with strong logical thinking skills
• Excellent business English proficiency (written and verbal)
