About the Department

The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients\' investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

• Grow and manage global markets sales business predominantly with offshore Chinese corporate clients for ASEAN region.
• Pursue opportunities through understanding clients\' business needs and providing comprehensive treasury solutions across Rates, FX, Commodities and Fixed Income.
• Develop account strategies together with segment and product partners to maximize existing relationships.
• Maintain strong engagement with client segments and product partners to achieve alignment in delivering solutions and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including traders, structurers and research to deliver market insights and good solutions to clients.
• Ensure smooth end to end execution of trades including pricing to post trade servicing.
• Provide market update, advisory services and execution of daily flows to clients in the team\'s portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Possesses a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in global markets sales
• Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients, especially Chinese corporates
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Possess an in-depth understanding of cross-border China flows, regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
• Strong technical knowledge on global markets products across Rates, FX, Commodities and Fixed Income
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with our client base and internal stakeholders.
• Good team player who is able to work closely and back up team members to ensure business continuity
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, both written and spoken, to facilitate dealing with Chinese corporates
