Safety

Lead in the effort of ISO 45001 implementation and maintain certification Establish mechanisms and processes to monitor and control safety programs Coordinate and deliver safety training programs Prepare and submit safety reports to Baxter Internal System (i.e., Benchmark ESG System) and regulatory bodies (Ministry of Manpower) Support and drive safety programs, regular inspections, audits, trainings to achieve safety performance targets Perform gap assessment review on safety updates to ensure the site facility complies to applicable legislations / regulatory requirements as well as Baxter\xe2\x80\x99s safety policies and goals Provide technical expertise to stakeholders on Singapore Safety Regulations to ensure implementation is align with compliance Implement and coordinate safety procedures, programs and projects Endorsing as approver for permit to work Analyze safety injury / illness incidents and initiate actions to improve safety programs Conduct safety incident investigation to determine root causes to prevent recurrence Create and sustain a high level of safety awareness, interest, and participation in H&S programs Involve in global audits and spearhead in driving for closure on outstanding findings Coordinate in the scheduling of emergency drills & tabletop exercises

Health

Assist in the conduct of occupational health monitoring for noise, radio frequency etc. Drive Personal Wellness Profile (PWP) participation rate

Common

Liaise with government agency (Ministry of Manpower & Ministry of Health) on H&S compliance matters To support and perform any other H&S duties as assigned
