:

• Overall project management, including tender submission, project planning, execution, and T&C
• Oversee project(s) progress and performance
• Conduct weekly project progress meetings (office and work site)
• Evaluate executional feasibility, cost and technical requirements on client design proposals, specifications
• Review mechanical and electrical services shop drawings in AutoCAD and BIM drawings
• Liaison with governmental agencies, consultants, and project developers
• Liaise with M&E consultants to prepare electrical drawings such SLD, equipment layout, power distribution and technical specifications
• Prepare electrical equipment and cable sizing calculations, specifications and drawings where required
• Prepare scope of works, bill of quantities, terminal points, interfacing and RFQ packages
• Work with QS to answer technical queries from contractors, evaluate contractor technical bids, clarify technically with contractors
• Produce technical assessment report
• Prepare construction methodology for installation of new electrical system and demolition or diversion of existing electrical system
• Prepare technical proposal for electrical systems
• Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day electrical installation works
• Support electrical system testing and commissioning
• Understand private and public project tender documents and raise technical queries (will be plus point
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Identify, gather and manage necessary resources to complete the project, including preparation of complex engineering standards, design and work specifications, project schedules, budgets and forecasts; material and equipment utilization, project staff and external contractor coordination
• Instill and build Learning Culture in the firm

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent
• Min 6 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience in electrical work installations including earthing, equipotential bonding, lightning, lighting, rotary equipment, low to medium voltage switchgears, MCCs and transformers, cable laying
• Able to understand and develop SLD, cable routing plan, take off materials, prepare datasheets and technical specifications
• Good understanding and interpretation of electrical codes and standards including Singapore Standards, IEC, IEEE etc.
• Able to do drafting
• Familiar with AutoCad, MS Project, BIM Software, Microstation
