Senior Electrical Project Manager
Job Description
Develop project plans, timelines & budgets, ensuring all are completed on time & within budget. Oversee design/procurement/installation/T&C includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc Lead teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Primary contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and concerns. Ensure works complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures. Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions Manage project budgets including labor, materials & equipment.
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
*At least 5 years of Project Management in M&E preferrably in Data Centre projects.
