Job Description

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage new PCBA/Box Build NPI program implementation as well as currently ongoing projects. (Electronic Contract Manufacturing/OEM/ODM project).
• Serves as the key focal point for communications between the company and the customer, as well as between internal engineering support groups from different countries\' work sites.
• To direct, lead and manage engineering projects to meet the needs customer\'s requirements through Product & Process Development, Product Management, and Manufacturing operations
• Ensure that the development team meets the customer\'s requirements and manufacturability
• Execute engineering projects to enhance yield, productivity improvement and automation of processes
• Chair project meetings and update project schedules regularly. Co-ordinate internal resources to support customer\'s requirements

Experiences / Qualifications and skills:

• Degree or experienced Diploma holder in EE or ME subjects
• Software knowledge in MS Excel and Words
• PCB design software or CAD skills will be an advantage
• PMP certification or SAP knowledge will be useful
• Excellent project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong technical background with an analytical mind
• Self-motivated and able to communicate well with all levels of staff and external contacts
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Budget and Risk management, and also Planning/Forecast and are also important skills to have
• 3-5 years\' experience in project/program management role
