Job Description

The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. In this role, you will work closely with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs.


As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a leadership role within the Product Development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact outcomes, leveraging advanced skills, and guiding the team toward collective success. You will have the autonomy to determine the best strategies to achieve results, while mentoring others and driving innovation across projects.

Lead the design and implementation of complex electrical systems that exceed project specifications and performance standards. Ensure all electrical solutions are compliant with the latest safety regulations and global industry standards. Drive innovation by delivering solutions that significantly enhance product efficiency, reliability, and competitiveness. Oversee the successful completion of multiple projects, ensuring delivery within allocated timeframes and budgets. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and product quality.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

Advanced proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, or equivalent).

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Experience with regulatory compliance, certification processes, and risk management in electrical engineering.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with demonstrated leadership in project delivery. Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring engineers. Strong portfolio of successful, innovative electrical engineering projects.
