Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Energy, Power Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in energy system planning and design, preferably for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects; data center experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of microgrid architecture, control strategies, and key components.
Knowledge of power generation technologies such as gas, diesel, and renewables.
Excellent English communication skills, with ability to prepare technical documentation and presentations.
Preferred:
Experience in overseas projects and familiarity with international standards and codes.
Proven involvement in renewable energy integration and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
