What the role is:You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore. You will be working in a team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve valued outcomes through diligent operational management and execution of work enhancement projects.As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
i. Overseeing training and work quality standards of Investigation Officersii. Managing contractors handling outsourced work
iii. Performing data entry and file management work
iv. Planning and successfully executing work process improvement and digitalisation projects
v. Performing other responsibilities as assignedJob Requirementsi. Minimum 3 years of field enforcement and investigation experience preferred
ii. Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
iii. Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
iv. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
v.
