About the role

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work on an ongoing basis with our largest customers to drive the utilization of the LexisNexis\xc2\xae Digital Identity Network\xc2\xae to create positive business outcomes.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll pair with Strategic Account Managers to identify and explore opportunities to leverage LexisNexis\xc2\xae Risk Solutions data and services to protect our customers from cybercriminals.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll present consultative solutions to a wide range of audiences, from executives to business owners, and maintain your position as a trusted advisor by constantly keeping your finger on the pulse of the customer. This is not a commissioned position.

Responsibilities

  • Act as single point of contact and trusted advisor on all fraud related matters for clients, includes fraud detection rule and policy development.
  • Working in tandem with LexisNexis\xc2\xae Risk Solutions Support, proactively monitor and communicate overall system performance to prevent potential escalations from our most valuable customers.
  • Resolve fraud related queries for clients by advising and or creating/modifying fraud detection rules.
  • Be able to formulate and run queries to aid the customer in obtaining basic information from the backend using Python/SQL.
  • Proactively manage the engagement roadmaps for clients and ensure they always remain current and relevant.
  • Providing strategic oversight for LexisNexis\xc2\xae Risk Solutions project teams integrating new use cases for customers.
  • Advocating on behalf of customers with LexisNexis\xc2\xae Risk Solutions internal staff in Products and Engineering.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience in financial crimes fraud detection/prevention solutions. Experience working in a fraud detection team in a financial institutions/merchant or working for a fraud solutions vendor is preferred.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of API\xe2\x80\x99s, mobile SDK and web integrations is a must.
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable post-sales consulting experience in the fraud industry, working with business and technical internal and external teams, then translating requirements and discoveries to non-technical decision makers.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, economics, statistics, or other analytical discipline, or equivalent, Masters will be preferred.
  • Strong SQL and Python Skills, exposure to other higher order programming skills will be an advantage.
  • Fluency with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and strong critical thinking skills with advanced judgment capability.
