Senior / Engineer, Biomedical Engineering

Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the medical equipment in the Hospital. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, promoting proper usage and ensuring adherence to safety standards. You will carry out acceptance testing of new equipment, investigate equipment-related incidents and manage service contracts. You will also develop tender specifications for medical equipment, as well as participate in evaluation and recommendation for purchase of new equipment.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Relevant working experience in the biomedical engineering field with knowledge of medical systems and equipment design would be an advantage
- Good knowledge and skills in information technology
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Highly motivated and adaptable to change
