• Manage Tender, Design, and Construction for Civil and Structural Systems in Industrial Facilities.
• Lead design work for Concrete and Steel Structures.
• Support Project Managers in meeting budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Prepare, evaluate, and distribute Tender packages.
• Collaborate with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical teams, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Resolve on-site design-related issues.
• Maintain regular communication with Consultants and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure timely submissions and approvals from local authorities.
• Stay updated on industry practices and engineering trends.
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by management.

Job Requirement

• Holds a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in Design and Construction.
• Expertise in industrial building projects, particularly in Precast construction and Long span roof trusses.
• On-site experience in piling, Sub-structure, and Superstructure projects involving concrete, steel, and Precast structures.
• Demonstrated collaboration with Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Proven experience in liaising with both consultants and contractors.
• Proficient in checking shop drawings for Precast and steel structures and capable of detailed design work.
• Competent in managing Tender tasks and sub-contract tender packages, and leading a team of Engineers.
• Familiarity with local authorities\' requirements for Civil and Structural submissions.
• Knowledge of international building codes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
