Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:


Leading electrical services design for building projects Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and excellent technical report writing (i.e. Concept, Detailed Design, Tender Evaluation Reports, etc) Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and
other design consultants


In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage). Minimum 5 years' experience in a consultancy environment Experience in leading roles for design & design management of health, commercial and/or institutional projects Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English Able to work independently & exercise initiative Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives A team, client and delivery focused working style
