Overview:Element has an opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The Senior Engineer will be training, supervising and motivating teams of field engineers and technicians.The role will be based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolving any exigencies such as urgent requirements.
• Lead team for any large-scale projects and ensure such projects runs smoothly and completes timely.
• Travel to customer sites and evaluating various field-testing requirements such as for Source Emission, Noise, Ambient Air Emission Tests; working together with sales to generate quotes.
• Generate simple weekly updates, and detailed monthly reports, highlighting on parameters such as statuses on WIPs, revenues, and training etc.
• Be involved in various initiatives such as go-to-market plans and budgeting, as well as customer enquiries and RFQs / tendering process etc.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Good bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in a relevant engineering field. Master of Science (Environmental Management) (MEM) would be advantageous
• Minimum of 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the environmental testing and monitoring industry
• Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills and good communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
