Who We Need
The Facilities Management Senior / Engineer is responsible for ensuring the Hospital buildings; mechanical and electrical equipment is in good functioning order and provide advice to fellows\' technician.
You will be responsible for the followings:
Plans, monitors, schedules and implements measures on the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the Hospital buildings and also ensures that the work is done in accordance with schedule and specification.
Provides technical support and take charge on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs; maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical & electrical equipment in the Hospital.
Delegates and attend to building fault requests; drainage; landscape; plants; sanitary and plumbing works as assigned.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers with regard to improvement works and purchasing of equipment and spare parts.
Prepares weekly and monthly building reports.
How to Succeed
Possesses a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services / in any discipline.
3 - 5 years supervisory experience in Building, Mechanical & Electrical system maintenance.
