Senior Engineer (facilities)($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve facility policies and management system
- Lead a team of Engineers in the operation and maintenance of facility system
- Manage contractors and ensure safety, quality workmanship and on-time completion
- Condition based monitoring and improvement plans
- Energy and water efficiency opportunities assessment and improvement plans
- Capital investment plans, project planning and timely implementation
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
