Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Factory Integration Optimization Expert to be part of a global pioneer team to use AI Problem-Solving Technology(Mathematical Optimization) to enable the next level of smart manufacturing in dispatching & scheduling.

In your new role, you will:

• Be part of a global pioneer team to use AI Problem-Solving Technology(Mathematical Optimization) to enable the next level of smart manufacturing in dispatching& scheduling
• Develop, systemize, and deploy Mathematical Optimization models to manufacturing back-end facilities for automated & optimized WIP-Flow decision
• Responsible for the technical improvements of Dispatching & Scheduling components
• Provide user consultancy support & training for Dispatching &Scheduling solution
• Key-Interface to multi-disciplinary stakeholders like production, supply chain, industrial engineering, and capacity planning

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Operation Research / Computer Science is preferred
• 2 to 5 years of related working experience is preferred but candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply for entry-level
• Knowledge of Operations Research Topics like Mathematical Optimization, Simulation, Heuristic Optimization Techniques and Artificial Intelligence is preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IBM Optimization Programming Language will be an advantage
• Experience in Problem Modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work both independently and a team player in a global setup
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
