Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Game Design,

or related fields.

3+ years of experience

in game development, with a focus on math model design (casino, free-to-play, or mobile games). Strong foundation in

probability, statistics, permutations, and combinatorics

. Proven

creativity and problem-solving skills

. Proficiency in

Excel

for modeling and balancing. Knowledge of

programming languages

(C/C++ preferred). Familiarity with

Unity

(or similar engines) for prototyping is an advantage. Ability to work in a

creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment

. Capable of handling

multiple projects

simultaneously.

Self-motivated

with a proactive and positive attitude.
