Managing of new building construction projects, maintenance of existing structures and development of programmes for planned maintenance and services.
Liaise and work closely with service partners, vendors and contractors.
Provide technical advice to users.
Coordinate fire safety and Green mark related tasks to ensure statutory compliance.
Investigate safety incidents and preparing relevant reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering.
Min 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Extensive experience in air conditioning and ventilation.
Experience in service provider contract management would be highly advantageous.
Proficient in project cost calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design.
