As a Senior Engineer - Mini Bulk Maintenance, you are expected to lead, support and provide technical/maintenance support to PAG onsite facilities and commercial team that includes the following equipment: Skid tank, LGC, gas manifold system, regulator, safety valves, valves & fittings, piping, tubing, canister, etc. This role will make decisions in collaboration with the commercial team and solve problems, interact and develop constructive relationships with customers, site facilities managers, business unit leaders, contractors and external vendors. This role will also be actively involved in leading continuous improvement with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, root causes analysis for failure of mechanical/ rotating equipment, delay, rework, Corrective Action Report (CAR) and Management of Change (MOC).

1. Enforces Air Liquide's safety and quality standards.


a) Comply to AL Quality Policy & HSEQ procedures related to equipment reliability and maintenance and conform to ISO 9000 & 13485 quality standard.


b) Manages and support reliability teams to ensure safety and compliance to regulations, norms and internal standards.


c) Participate in HSE activities such as BSV, NM and action plans.


2. Enhances PAG On-site facilities Maintenance and Reliability.


a) Lead, support and provide technical/maintenance support to PAG onsite facilities and commercial team that includes the following equipment: Skid tank, LGC, gas manifold system, regulator, safety valves, valves & fittings, piping, tubing, etc. The engineer makes decisions in collaboration with commercial team and solves problems, interacts and develops constructive relationships with customers, site facilities managers, business unit leaders, contractors and external vendors.


b) Source and constantly develop & update strategic actions to plan, secure and complete maintenance so that to improve the reliability of On-Site Facilities and to increase availability time as this will translate to healthier contribute operating income and market shares.


c) Enhance, utilize and sustain CIS maintenance data and applications.


d) Receives daily job assignment and obtains required materials and equipment to execute the job especially on scheduled/preventive maintenance.


e) Coordinate with internal and external customers on scheduled maintenance and ensure completion of service & repair within a specific time frame and thereafter to be able to prepare precise maintenance reports.


f) Repairs, replaces and/or installs various static, cryogenic & gas supply equipment as and when required. That includes diagnosing faults, obtaining parts, equipment and tools, and initiating repairs/ replacements or referring more complex repairs to the Maintenance Manager.


3. Production Availability and Spare Parts Optimization.

That includes diagnosing faults, obtaining parts, equipment and tools, and initiating repairs/ replacements or referring more complex repairs to the Maintenance Manager with best quality work at minimum cost and within schedule.


b) Provide prompt and value engineering services, exceeding customers' expectations.


c) Plans and manage adequate spare parts inventory to prevent delays and reworks.


d) Respond to emergency calls as part of a 24/7 roster service and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements


e) Coordinate with FMs/customers on scheduled maintenance and ensure completion of service & repair within a specific time frame.


4. IMS and Regulatory Compliance.


a) Achieve zero site incidents through constant guidance, safety awareness training, industrial risk management and adherence to local regulation, LSRs & IMS.


b) Compliance with IMS, Management of Change, EIS Management, local regulations and safety requirements (both internal & external customers).


c) Coordinate & manage IM 3rd party subcontractor or service provider at customer's site.


d) Conduct and participate SOP review and updating.


e) Support Maintenance Manager to establish, maintain, apply standard work procedures and protocols that will enhance quality, safety, efficiency, reliability of engineering in department.


d) Support and provide technical training and people development.

Are you a MATCH?

Degree in Mechanical Engineering qualification. Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in reliability and maintenance management. Possess good Mechanical/Rotating Equipment technical knowledge and skills. Possess class 3 driving license. Experience in gas filling plant will be advantage. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose faults. Ability to work independently and respond to incidents calmly and efficiently. Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviors. Possess supervisory experience is an advantage.
