Job Description

Purpose:
Operate as a gateway between Sales, Product/Pricing and Engineering Teams on any network enquiries
Plan and design fibre network paths that meet customers' requirements
Project manage network infrastructure implementation
Liaise with Agencies and IMDA on Common Services Duct (CSD) Initiatives
Review and negotiate contract terms in relation to engineering deliverables
Constantly review and enhance work processes through automation initiatives
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team on Pre-Sales enquiries and service delivery relating to fixed, transmission and mobile coverage issues
Support Bid Manager and all tender preparation about network compliance
Monitor projects' implementation, resolve service delivery issues, and ensure circuits are provisioned within the agreed customers' Ready for Service (RFS) date
Work closely with the relevant engineering teams to obtain end-to-end commitment for delivery of customized fibre routes that are needed by the Sales Team for all customers' requests
Advice, plan, design and issue fibre routings in KML (Keyhole Markup Language) format
Project manage approved business cases and act as a single-point-of-contact (SPOC) between Sales and Engineering Teams on rollout status
Compile rollout costing expenditure from all relevant Engineering Teams and submit to Product team for evaluation
Closely monitor projects' implementation costs and ensure work schedules meet timelines
Support Sales Team to enhance mobile coverage for corporate customers by providing the rollout cost to Finance Team for evaluation
Tabulate monthly reports on the number of Network Coverage Request (NWCR) and Fiber KML Routing Requests that are translated into confirmed orders
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to formulate the technical requirements to automate the Network Coverage Request (NWCR), generate KML diagrams, and improve enquiry process for Data Centre
Liaise with Fiber Planners and Agencies on Common Service-Duct (CSD) requirements
Review and negotiate contract terms with inhouse Legal team and external parties
Identify, highlight and recommend mitigations to customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Knowledge of fixed infrastructure construction such as pipeline and fibre optic installation and mobile base-station implementation will be advantageous
Familiar with IMDA Code of Practice for Info-communication Facilities in Buildings (COPIF)
Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools
Preferably with exposure/ experiences in site leasing and project management
Proactive, quality-conscious and result-oriented

Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and excellent analytical ability
Effective negotiator and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
Independent and work well under pressure with different levels of stakeholders
