Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you\'ll have a pivotal role in maintaining and monitoring the efficiency of 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems for our esteemed client. Be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of telecommunications.

What You\'ll Do

• You\'ll take the helm with 24/7 monitoring responsibilities for 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems, proactively identifying and addressing faults and alarms.
• Champion the issuance and tracking of trouble tickets, ensuring fault resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with joint venture partners to develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and procedures.
• Be at the forefront of shaping the future by actively participating in the assessment, planning, and implementation of Change Requests (CR) raised by joint venture partners.
• Drive strategic decisions with your contribution to generating insightful monthly network performance and usage reports.,
• Coordinating with equipment vendors and joint venture partners, you\'ll ensure rigorous testing of gNode B software upgrades for end-to-end compatibility with the 5G Core Network.
• Play a crucial role in software upgrade scheduling and implementation, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to live networks.
• Command the administration of the 5G RAN OSS system and user management, including access rights, security functionalities, and system maintenance.
• Be the vital interface with IMDA for the 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP), updating network configurations, software versions, and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with joint venture partners to provide invaluable support for project implementation and network expansions.
• Engage as the interface with vendors and contractors for operational and project support activities.

What We\'re Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunication or related fields.
• At least four years of hands-on experience in similar and/ or relevant roles.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication networks, with cellular network knowledge as a distinct advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of IP concepts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that drive collaboration and foster a dynamic learning attitude.
• Proven ability to thrive independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively across the organization.
