Julian Grey\'s client is a Singapore based solution provider for high quality IT security products to value add to their MNC clients & channel partners and has been in the market for 25 years. With a team of more than 200 highly experienced professionals, the company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the IT security industry to join their rapidly expanding team.

Location: Tampines (Shuttle bus provided to and from Tampines MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Review business processes, evaluate and provide solutions to improve the identified business processes
• Gather business and information requirements from key stakeholders. Analyse and support the development of business case, provide relevant solutions and translate into analytics for reporting.
• Translate business requirements/user needs into technical specifications, incorporate into system design and work with stakeholders on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Clean and transform databases, mine data to identify trends, patterns and correlations
• Design data reports and use visualisation tools to present to stakeholders
• Support the development of change management plans, develop technical documentation and conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Data Engineer
• Possess technical competency in:

• Business needs analysis (Gap analysis, capability analysis, etc)
• Business process re-engineering (Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, etc)
• Data Engineer, Analysis and Visualisation (SQL, Python, Tableau, Qlikview, etc)
• Software Testing
