Job Description
Responsibilities * Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals * Review vendor category and spend analysis reports to recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies * M Responsibilities Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals Review vendor category and spend analysis reports to recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies Manage non-conformities in delivery schedules and products Advise on alternative equipment, parts and materials Monitor procurement budget and expenditure Evaluate latest technology trends that can be leveraged to improve productivity and innovation Drive team performance to achieve function goals Identify recruitment needs and areas for technical and business management training and development Analyse financial implications of business strategies to relevant functional area Develop risk management plans and risk controls in alignment with organisation's risk management framework Requirements Diploma/Degree in Engineering disciplines Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing and sourcing for Electronics Knowledge of SAPB1 is preferred but not a must. Possess strong sourcing and negotiation skills Must be a highly driven individual with good track record to execute all duties in the role. Must have strong communications (oral and written) and good team player
