We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to lead our Quality Management System team in ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. As a Lead Auditor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability in our organization. In your new role you will:

• Lead Calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) system to ensure compliance and accuracy in our measurement processes
• Oversee equipment release reviews to ensure systematic and controlled release of new equipment, guaranteeing seamless integration into our operations
• Facilitate and moderate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify and mitigate potential risks in our processes and equipment
• Conduct Go & See FMEA activities to verify procedures and ensure deep dive analysis of specific equipment and processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audits and customer visits, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the deployment of new QMS tools and technologies, providing training and guidance to teams across the organization
• Manage and maintain Quality Management System's team Tableau reporting, ensuring data-driven insights and informed decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of quality management business processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min 3 years' experience in Quality Management System role and certified lead auditor on Quality - Standard (ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3)
• Good knowledge in FMEA and PLATO tool
• Knowledge in Factory Automation and Digitalization to support Quality Managements organization
• English and Mandarin good communication to communicate with stakeholder in the region
• Good interpersonal skills to team up with cross functional team for best results
• Able to work independently and with self-initiative to drive improvement across organization
