Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of various security, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure operational reliability. Diagnose and resolve system faults and breakdowns--both mechanical and electrical--with a focus on efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime. Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance; identify and follow up promptly on any equipment malfunctions or defects. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely updates on repair status and completed works. Respond to and manage operational and maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations. Provide on-site support for basic traffic management, including full or lane closures, as required by the job scope. Collaborate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to schedule and comply with relevant technical and safety requirements. Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety procedures and safe work practices at all times. Uphold good housekeeping practices at work sites to maintain a safe and organized environment. Provide technical and maintenance support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures, tools, and processes to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Requirments

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems Strong knowledge in security systems and infrastructure will be an advantage Hands-on experience with fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance Able to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and operational standards * Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
