Provide and supervise IT support to staff and students.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage operating system deployment, virtual environment, software installation, and patching processes.
Troubleshoot server / network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
Coordinate server and network enhancement projects, including procurement and vendor management.
Manage MDM for student iPad PLD platform.
Maintain and improve technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related needs.
Job Requirements
Strong proficiency in the administration of Vmware, Hyper-v, Windows AD, MS365, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint and networking devices (switches, firewalls, wireless network).
Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, VPN, VLAN, and network monitoring tools.
Knowledge of network security principles, endpoint protection, and data security best practices.
Ability to manage projects, procurement processes and vendor coordination.
Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
Past experience with Education / MOE schools preferred.
