JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management, to lead the engineering team to carry out projects in front end engineering design, detailed engineering design, product design and development.
To generate project specification, design philosophy, provide guidance, calculation template to comply with clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirement. Building project team manhour control, schedule control, insure compliance with local authorities regulations.
To review & check BIM done by either CAD group or 3rd parties. To supply design drawing information and instructions to Designers ensuring technical completeness and clearness of data for effective workflow.
Checks own design outputs and reviews design drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness to design requirements and concepts.
Coordinates with other Engineers and Designers to facilitate production of civil design and drawing outputs.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\'s degree in Architectural or M&E Engineering.
Minimum of ten (10) year experience in the field design of industrial buildings (Control Buildings, Laboratory, Substations, etc.).
With at least 2 years construction experience will be preferred.
Ability to prepare floor plan, sections & details, finish schedule, door & window schedule for industrial buildings, coloured perspectives.
Blast resistant building design experience is an advantage.
Have knowledge & experience in selection architectural materials.
Have knowledge in international codes and standards such as IBC, NFPA, etc.
Have experience in REVIT, AutoCad, 3D Max operation.
Strong leadership qualities and analytical and reasoning abilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical information, contracts reports and instructions.
