Senior Engineer – Ssd Mtfw Validation
Job Description
Validate Manufacturing Test Firmware used to test and characterize SSDs and managed NAND products, ensuring the functionality and quality of products shipped to customers. Define and create new validation test plans for emerging SSD technologies. Collaborate in cross-functional task forces to resolve a multitude of gating issues arising from new product introductions, manufacturing, and qualification runs. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Python programming. Proficiency in C++ and Embedded C are added advantage. Familiarity with NAND flash memory technology is an added advantage. Experience in hardware design/development will be a plus Familiarity with NVME/UART/I2C/I3C/SMBUS/UFS protocol is an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
