Job Description
$8500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Analysis & design of civil & structural works.
- Preparation of design briefs, technical reports, technical notes and authorities submission documents.
- Carry out design activities to deliver cost-effective design deliverables in compliance with statutory and clients\' requirements.
- Co-ordinate with architect and other consultants to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications.
- Preparation of tender documents (conditions of contract, specifications and tender drawings)
- Act as a Lead Engineer for our Mid to Large size projects
- Involved in overall project lifecycle from study, planning, designing, tendering and in construction stages.
- Provides specialized technical solutions and expertise to clients
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in Autocad and/or BIM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
