We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Test Systems Engineer responsible for developing and enhancing both software and hardware test systems for new and existing products. This role involves close collaboration with global R&D teams to ensure efficient and consistent testing processes in mass production environments. The engineer will integrate test requirements into automated systems to improve product quality and yield, while also creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, test specifications, and work instructions. After product rollout, the role will involve providing ongoing support and driving continuous improvements in test processes to maintain and enhance production reliability.

What you will do

Develop and enhance software for new and existing products, ensuring efficient and stable mass production testing Collaborate with global R&D teams (Singapore, Denmark, Germany) to align software updates with testing standards and requirements Set up and integrate hardware test requirements from the product development phase into automated production test systems. Drive improvements production output, yield, and product quality through optimized test system implementation Create and maintain documentation, test specifications, and work instructions to support consistent and accurate product testing Provide ongoing testing support to production teams post-rollout, ensuring continuous improvement and issue resolution.

What you bring

4-5 years of experience in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with at least a university degree (or diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience) Hands-on experience in resolving test and process-related issues with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to develop and integrate both software and hardware test solutions into automated production systems Strong documentation skills, including creating test specifications, procedures, and providing continued testing support post-production rollout.
