What the role is:You process and provide in-depth analysis of cyber threats. You implement automated technical solutions for the parsing and processing of large data sets.What you will be working on:Additionally, you generate intelligence reports to support the overall cyber threat intelligence mission. Lastly, you raise and train junior engineers. Your challenge lies in the need to maintain currency in the tactics, techniques and procedures used by thread actors, and keeping abreast of the technological changes and the potential threats associated with these changes. Lastly, you need to be able to process and analyse large amounts of data.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 6 years\' relevant work experience. Having proficiency in programming languages, operating system concepts, network protocols, network security and cybersecurity solutions is required. Possession of at least one professional certification or industry recognised qualification related to cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, etc) is essential. You should be resourceful and adaptable, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
