Job Description

Our client is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. This position is required to lead the development and optimization of Volt\'s App, backend Charge Point Operating Platform (CPOP), and suite of solutions, ensuring international expansion, customer satisfaction, and seamless operations.



App/Software Development

• Lead the development and maintenance of Volt\'s App and backend Charge Point Operating Platform (CPOP) for the Singapore market, ensuring alignment with customer and user requirements.
• Initiate and oversee the development and maintenance of Volt\'s App and CPOP for international expansions.
• Manage external development teams and vendors, ensuring optimization of App and CPOP capabilities.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Optimize Hardware/Software Interface to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Solution Upgrade

• Upgrade Volt\'s suite of solutions to provide added value to customers and drivers.
• Translate Volt\'s strategy into detailed product requirements, creating distinctive offerings in the market.
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure the availability of Volt\'s charging service, meeting regulatory requirements in Singapore and overseas markets.
• Resolve hardware, software, and interface issues promptly.

Operations & Maintenance Support

• Assist with firmware updates and software configuration of EV chargers before operational deployment.
• Support the Operations & Maintenance team in addressing hardware and software issues during the maintenance phase.
• Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities reasonably requested by the immediate supervisor or the Head of the department.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computing, or Business preferred.
• Previous experience in Product Management or App/Web Development is advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of minimum working experience.
• Positive mentality with natural problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
