Responsibilities:
- Prepare optic fibre, copper and pipeline diversion schemes for implementation.
- Work out the project cost for optic fibre, copper and pipeline diversion schemes.
- Perform final posting of completed projects into system.
- Check and update optic fibre, copper and pipeline details and assignment in the Graphical Information System.
- Conduct UAT on new features and change requests on the Graphical Information System.
- Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues relating to project schemes and the Graphical Information System.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- NITEC in Engineering, preferable in Telecommunication, Info-communications Technology or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Telecommunications industry preferably in Outside Plant network.
- Strong working knowledge in basic telecommunications infrastructure.
- Those with experience in telecommunications pipeline and cabling design using CAD will have added advantage.
- Independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under minimum supervision.
