From daybreak to dusk, the creations of our Fragrance Development team capture the hearts of consumers around South East Asia. Based in Singapore, you\'ll join our team, who are passionate shapers of the Fabric Care category. Based on your understanding of current and future trends, deep consumer insights and strategic mindset, you\'ll help us develop the scents that shall continue to delight and amaze millions. You will be in charge of the fragrance development process alongside Account Managers, Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Market Research, and Laboratory experts.

The Creative Fragrance Manager will report to the Category Director Fabric Care.

Your role will include:

Help develop and define the strategies and processes for the Fabric Care category.

Define and lead olfactive strategy of the customer\'s brands in the category.

Lead creation and development process of active and proactive projects.

Manage and execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines.

Define and prioritise fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights and translate the results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers.

Work with the lab on testing product stability and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with other regional creative centres, to complete project assignments.

Lead engagement of cross-regional project teams when applicable.

Collaborate with commercial team.

Anticipate market tastes; work with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation.

Contribute in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development.

Work together with marketing teams to identify olfactive and conceptual opportunities.

Your professional profile includes:

University degree in any field of study

5 years experience in fragrance development for Fabric Care Thailand market (exposure to Personal Care would be an added advantage) including fluency in Thai & English languages

In-depth knowledge and track record experience in evaluation, in Fabric categories especially knowledge of main brands and customers for the Thailand market

Functional expertise in core fragrance development responsibilities paired with an innovative mindset

In-depth Consumer understanding that allow you to translate Consumer Insights into olfactory guidelines for Perfumers

Excellent presentations skills and experience conducting customer presentations to Thai customers
